I met an examiner recruiting at a career fair and then was invited to an in-person interview with two FCA employees on campus the next day. Had to complete forms on usajobs and fill out an in-depth questionnaire. Final interview was with a director in charge of a field office, and the director called several days later with an offer.

Very laid back interview 2 rounds total. All behavorial questions. i interviewed for McLean office. All interviews were short too, all in all pretty good process. I would recommend just learning a lot about the website and their mission and stuff like that.
