The first round was a quick connect with the HR. This was followed by an assignment round. If you clear the assignment, you will be invited to a another interview of 90 minutes where they ask you technical questions and your approach to solving problems. The last round is with the management. The feedback provided was really unrelated and did not have any detail. I do not agree with the feedback provided and after taking around 3+ hours on interviews and agreeing with all the suggestions, they decided not to offer me the role. It just makes no sense.

The interview process was extremely efficient, and I felt really well supported at each stage by the company's internal recruitment team. There is an initial chat with someone from this team, which was an open conversation about what I was looking for from the role, and what my ambitions were for the future. I was then invited to a second interview. Ahead of this, I completed a 'PIIA Task'. It was a really interesting insight into the kind of work that Farsight do. I found the interview itself really thought-provoking. I also really liked that one of the people in it was at the level of the role I was applying to. I was invited to a final interview which again felt like a more informal discussion about my ambitions for the future, this time with the MD of the company. The whole process from initial discussion to offer took less than 3 weeks to finalise, and each stage made me want to get the job more and more!
