It was an open talk interview with the Dato' (owner) and the Operations Director. They spoke about them wanting to give back to the community and then asked me of my experiences. And by telling them each of my skills and experience in each company, they matched it with what they required from the person who holds the position. They expressed their liking on everything and at last negotiated on the salary, and told me they will call me upon completing the interview with a few more.
