The interview process for the DataOps Engineer role at Fastmarkets was smooth, transparent, and overall an excellent experience. It started with an initial conversation with a recruiter from Prism Digital, followed by an interview with Carl Manning, Head of SRE / Cloud Engineering. After that, I had a second interview with Carl, a Data Architect, and a DevOps Engineer. Prism Digital were fantastic throughout the process — professional, supportive, and always keeping me updated. They made everything clear and easy to follow. Carl Manning is an amazing leader — supportive, approachable, and genuinely interested in more than just technical skills. He creates a comfortable atmosphere and asks questions that make you think beyond your resume. Overall, this was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had, and I’m really happy to now be part of Carl’s team at Fastmarkets.
