Very transparent and professional process, 3-stage interview with immediate feedback from the recruiter after each stage. I had another offer on the table at the time, and Fastmarkets were able to move quickly to enable me to make my own decision quickly (which was very easy to make). Interview was not too formal, lots of chances to engage in conversation rather than a straight question-and-answer session. I was able to get a very clear indication of what the role covered (and after starting the job, it has met my expectations, which were very positive)
