I had two interviews and a task in between. Unfortunately, from the start of the communication, HR didn't reply to any of the emails or follow-ups. After the second interview, they ghosted me even though they told me they would get in touch soon. It's okay (not really) to not give feedback or even reply to every email before the interviews, but it's unfortunate that a company is behaving this way towards a potential colleague who created a full campaign deck as a task and had two interviews. Shame.
