First process, the sent an email saying they were very interested and wanted to set up a phone interview with just the HR. First time, the HR did not call at the scheduled time nor did they contact me. I was very disappointed, as I really wanted to work for this company. Weeks pass, and finally got an email saying they want a phone call again. I figured I'd give them a second chance because people do get busy. And the call ended up coming through, even though they were late. Phone call lasted from 20-40mins. Hope this helps! Good luck!
