I feel the need to echo the sentiment from the other two negative reviews as they resonate with my interview experience: 1) This company claims to care a lot about its employees, which may be true. But the same courtesy is not extended to its candidates. 2) I had the experience, education, and soft skills required to be successful in this position. However I didn't fit their target demographic for employees. Do not take my word for it, perform a quick Google search of "Feathr" and look at the employee outing from June of 2022. As you can see, if you aren't a Caucasian person in your 20s-30s resembling a hipster, you will not likely be working here. My experience: I was ghosted after a 30-minute phone interview/screening and a 1-hour Zoom interview with Aidan, their CEO. Aidan's demeanor came across as sarcastic and disinterested.
