First off before this, you'd attend a sort that at the had around 13 people when I came. The manager will tour you through the building and what you will be doing or learning first. Then he may ask if you have any questions. After the sort they said that you'd get and email with an application and questions to answer and submit. If they like what you have put down for the questions then they'll review it. After like 3 days they'll ask you to do a background check and answer more questions. If your background check clears( took like 10 days for me) they'll have you come in for a brief interview. They ask you about 4 questions. Then if you answered how they wanted you to or they think your a good fit for the job, they'll ask you to come in for and orientation. They'll call you and say that you'll need your social security card, drivers license, and birth certificate. If you have that they bring you into a meeting room where you fill out some paperwork and watch 4 videos on doing the job,safety, crime, and sexual harassment. After that you'll go onto a computer and you'll use the email you used to sign up for the sort. After your done with this you'll have to briefly answer yes or no to questions on a phone from someone. Then they explain everything and benefit and such. (You get paid for the orientation. Mine lasted 2 and a half hrs). Then they schedule you the next day or week. Just wait until you work.

It's a whole class. Very formal, direct and to the point. It not a one one process. Just alot of paperwork and short clips about it's history. They rundown the does and does of the job. Give you a quick tour. Very easy..
