Very casual; a bit chaotic. Hired without much consideration. Neither manager seemed very sure of what they needed to cover or how to conduct the interview. I think everyone in the industry is just a bit stretched thin and they need workers more than they need quality. Basically, I got the impression they were willing to take what they could get at this point.
