Entrevista
Was approached by a recruiter asking for my interest in the position. After showing my interest, I got a HackerRank invitation. HackerRank had basic questions about Algorithms, Data Structures. Cleared it.
Then I was asked to save some time to talk to some HR regarding my availability, position details and requirements. The HR asked me for a week or so to hear back from them. After around 8 days, I get an email from the recruiter that this position has been put on hold.
entrevista ok, dentro dos padrões da área, me foi perguntado experiencias anteriores, habilidades, pretensão salarial, distancia da empres, cursos realizados, intercambio houve um feedback porem nao aceitei a proposta, assistente de rh e gestora da area foram muito simpatica e educada
2nd round interview’s scope was poorly explained. It was meant to be a probing interview to test fundamental cs skills I knew. Instead it completely zeroed in on design decisions for building an API which I admitted at the start of the interview, as a new grad, I knew nothing about. Terrible way to gauge my strengths and what I could offer. If you wanted someone with skills building APIs, please appropriately change the title from junior dev to something more fitting.
