Started with aptitude and followed by an quick Hr round which was about 5-10mins and was told that i will get a call by next week. But i received a call after a month and asked to come down for an Managerial round in the evening on the same day as i was never expecting this, i asked for the next day which they said no. Day1 Finally agreed to attend it on same day. manager took the interview and i got through and was told to carry all the documents for documentation tomorrow. Day2 After finishing documentation there was a hr round with one of the hiring team member and followed with an other round with Team lead close to one hour. Which i still don't know why hr rounds where conducted after documentation. They said within 2 days we will get a call for the offer letter and joining date. And BGV took 45 days which was worrisome. Ground rules : work on your skills in terms of communication, syllabus, weakness. Warm up your voice before attending an interview. Prepare a realistic answer which suits your personality. Note down answer for common interview questions which will help you on the day of interview to just look at the lines and your all set. No one is smarter. just be and act mindful and dress well for the interview. PS:salary was not discussed and discloanyw
