Thorough and comprehensive. I felt listened to and respected. Everyone I spoke to was kind and thoughtful and seemed passionate about the company. Although the interview process was lengthy, I never felt like my time was wasted.

Initial part was a telephone interview, second part was in a group, then a two person interview. It was very easy going and conversational. Standard questions like name a bad quality, what you can contribute, how you are a good fit for Fidelity, etc. They alternated questions and reviewed my resume.
