It was a phone interview. It went well, felt personable and the questions were related to the job description. They answered my questions fairly easily as well. My negative feedback comes from the 2+ weeks of being strung along, saying they're still making a decision, and then ghosted past the time period I was told they would make a decision and then to find that the job was posted again online. Incredibly disrespectful, even if I might still be considered for this role, I'm not interested in working for a company with such poor communication.
