I was scheduled for an initial phone interview after receiving an email invitation. The recruiter was supposed to call me at the designated time, but unfortunately, I waited for 30 minutes and never received the call. I followed up via email but received no response. While I understand that things can sometimes come up, I would have appreciated at least a courtesy update or explanation. The lack of communication felt unprofessional and showed a disregard for the applicant's time.
