The interview process was fun and friendly. The owner knows how to approach people and asks the right questions. Michael started the interview with a relaxed conversation about my experience in the finance and accounting field. Then we moved into deeper waters ascertaining my accounting knowledge. We discussed the problems that small businesses and start-ups face with insufficient resources and often lack of attention to accounting, policy and procedure.
