Attended the interview 2 months back. The first round was telephonic and it went very well. For further discussion they called me for face to face discussion to their office at bagmane tech park. I had completed 2 more round there and they said the final round will be a discussion with the VP, Since VP was busy at that day, they asked for a telephonic discussion for the same. After around 2 weeks I had a telephonic discussion with the VP followed by an HR round. Finally the recruiter called me and explained that, I have qualified in all the rounds and they are processing the profile for releasing the offer letter. The worst part is that they have not even sent a single email communication explaining the process or any pending action from my end. After sending an email from my end and an reminder email after a week, I got an reply stating the position has been put on hold due to some internal processes and my profile is still active with their organisation. Few days back, I got one more call from them stating the old position has been closed for some reason and they are considering my profile for one more openings. I had a telephonic discussion for the same and they schedule an face to face round on 1st Apr 2019. Since I didn't get any interview call letter this time, I checked with the recruiter by calling him twice whether the interview schedule has been confirmed or not. The recruiter called me again to tell, he has already scheduled the interview by blocking my calendar and I should appear for the interview. The recruitment team are so careless about the candidate that even after reminding twice, they didn't send any interview call letter neither they called me on the scheduled interview date. Simply, they don't care about the candidate and their valuable timing. I will never ever recommend any of my friends to appear for the interview with Finastra.
