Phone screen with the recruiter, she was not very knowledgable about the position nor was she listening to the answers (or perhaps poor information retention). She also tried to do a bait and switch for a lesser experienced role. After the phone screen she said I was a good fit and then I received an email to take a CCAT which was not mentioned during our call, nor have I taken one previously. This was a requirement to move forward.
