The head of recruiting reached out to me. We emailed each other and set up a zoom interview. I almost dropped out of the process because of the Glassdoor reviews but I was curious so I decided to go ahead with the interviews. I met 3 exec in total and they were much nicer than I expected. Each interview was 1 hour long but it went quickly. I went through the entire process and I received an offer in 2 weeks. We negotiated a little because their range was lower than my expectation. They gave me a lot of stock and we reached a number we were both happy with.
