Met one-on-one with HR Manager in a front office for about 30 minutes. After the formal interview I was introduced to the other staff members I would potentially be working with. Questions consisted of mostly my prior experience, what my goals were over the short and long term. How I saw the firm facilitating reaching my goals. After meeting the others, the manager walked me to the front and said that she would be in touch the end of the week with a decision. After the interview I sent a follow up thank you email, and about 2 days later called to thank the manager again for her time and consideration.
