Explained how he became a store manager, talked about what I like most with current job. Asked what will I change about my current employer. Discussed how the company changed somethings. Interview is with the store manager 1st. If they feel that you will be a good fit they will send you over to the district manager. Who will either give you a second interview or approve you being hired depending on what was discussed with General Manager

easy, they don’t ask you anything. they want to know your availability to throw you in there as quick as possible. if you have reliable transportation and have open availability you’re getting hired on the spot.
