Was contacted after online application. An HR reached out within a week. I had a phone call with her with behavioral question and a few technical ones. The interview itself was really mechanical, with someone who didn't really care about what my profile was, nor essaying else about my background. It contained some behavioral questions (same as everyone else for the number of hours for 75% more of salary). All the questions were almost surely on a paper on which she was ticking boxes, or at least that's what it felt like. Expect a lot of estimations and maths questions to be solved within 30 secondes, with no interest at all for your approach since 80% of the questions require only to answer a number. Five Rings’ Online Assessment 19 questions, 2 or 3 minutes. Tests mental math, estimation, combinatorics, quick logic, and probability intuition—very speed-intensive. After finishing OA, I received rejection within just 10 minutes.
