The application process redirects to an external portal that requires you to disclose your exact date of birth before you can submit. This structure forces an age disclosure during initial screening, which compromises fair hiring practices for applicants.

The interview process at Base360.ai (Flex Living) raised many red flags. First there was no human interaction before the design assignment, only automated emails. They gave only 5 days to complete an extensive design assignment, no possibility to reschedule, creating unnecessary urgency. The assignment asked to design real work with a real brief for their upcoming product launch. This sounds like free work to me, and I chose not to proceed. I would encourage future candidates to read other interview reviews before starting the assignment and consider whether this is worth your time.

What type of job are you looking for? Please be very honnest, this would allow us to put you in the right team based on your answer.
- Very Flexible job, where i could do other things on the side like studying or find a second job
- Secure and stable job that allows me to focus only on it professionally
- Very high growth job that challenges me a lot and leaves me with very little time (I want to grow fast in a short period of time)
- Relaxing job without pressure so that I can focus on my family life as well

Entrevista
I recently applied for a UX/UI Designer position and just walked away from the process because they are clearly farming for free design work. 10 hours after I submitted my application, they sent over a take-home case study with a "no-reply" email. They asked me to design their (base360.ai) landing page and send them a Figma link.
And guess what? I went and looked at their current landing page. The design is bad and obviously in desperate need of a redesign.
