Recruiter phone screen to learn about my background and the role, short video chat with hiring manager about my experience, project and presentation to hiring manager, conversations with team members and key stakeholders that I would be supporting in this role. All of these were virtual due to covid-19.

Describe the difference between professional development and performance management. How would you train managers on these?

Entrevista
Went through 4-5 rounds of video interviews and was asked to complete this candidate exercise which took me a number of hours to do as they wanted a formal presentation that leveraged their logos, values and considered their company culture. I had to present this to two HR professionals there. After all of this, I never heard back from them regarding their decision. I followed up initially after a week's time from last interview round and was told I'd have an update in the next week or so and nothing. Overall, I'm super disappointed in this experience and it makes me hesitant to spend so much time on candidate exercises in the future.
