Contacted by a recruiter, had a phone interview followed by on site in person interview. On site interview was comprised of three parts. The first, with the hiring manager. The second, with a senior member of the team. The third, with the assistant manager. Each interviewer dd a short skill / resume review. Mostly they wanted to confirm skills in CAD.
