It was a disaster. The guys don't review resumes but will send you take-home challenges through the process. The whole interview was supposed to be a 4-level process, testing different skills needed as a technical writer. The challenges are submitted back through email. It did my head in, the constant back-and-forth of emails; I'd had to constantly write to them to see what happened - after almost a month they'd get back to me letting me know if I moved ahead or not. The final stage, after literally 40 days and constant emails at them because I just couldn't believe, as a candidate, that's how I'm being treated, they write to me that I have been rejected as they chose someone else! All this while! I was just baffled at their insularity.
