The first interview was with the hiring manager, and was comfortable and well informed. The second interview was with a partner and a peer & HR, a little disorganized, but overall the interviews were good. The most negative part of the process was the lack of communication from HR. The first inquiry requesting to interview said a follow up email would come with details, and I never received one. I did not even know the name of the person I was interviewing with when I arrived. After 2nd interview, I received zero communication from HR & followed up, it took two follow-up emails a week apart to get a response to which I was told a decision would be made on a certain date two weeks out and then I still never heard anything and followed up again to receive no response. After two interviews the courtesy of a notice that they’ve decided to go with another applicant is appropriate instead of being ghosted by HR.
