I met with 2 store managers (that did not end up being the manager of the store I worked for). It was in the back room of a store, and there were other tables around, as it was a mass hiring process for the position I was going for. The 2 managers seemed to play the good cop/bad cop scenario. One would ask me positive, encouraging type questions. The other, more "opportunistic" type questions.
