The interview process was in three phases: the first was an interview with the Human Resource Office,then the Head of the Unit i applied to and lastly, the Head of Human Resource Management of the organization. It was conducted with these groups of personnel via different media , Skype and Phone conversation at different interval. When interview got to the turn of the Head of the Human Resource Department, it was done through discussion on the phone (Office IP-Phone)
