Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Forward em set. de 2020
Entrevista
Applied on their website and 2 weeks later received an invite for a phone screen (30 mins) from their recruiter. After the phone screen, there is a series of video interviews with their MA's and site leads (30 mins). After the phone screening, you are asked to complete 2 assignments (which was odd) before your first video interview and within 3 days. The whole interview process lasted 2 weeks. All of the people I spoke to were nice, friendly, and passionate about what Forward stands for. This made the interviews casual and fun. The recruiter was very helpful in keeping me updated on the progress.
Like another interviewer, I thought I was qualified like others, but at the end of this long process, I didn't receive an offer. If you ask for feedback, they don't give you any and will present a generic "other interviewees were more qualified, that's all." HOW they're more qualified, I'll never know... I believe if you do not fit the mold of who they're looking for (or their type of people), they'll know to reject you, but will be too nice to do so early on and will do so till the very end.

Easy, Three Interviews and recruiter described the process very clearly.
First off you start with a phone call interview to screen your interest. You then interview with members currently working in your role. You finally interview with management before being given an offer.

Several stages of the interview process (various meetings with several current MAs and then a final meeting with the hiring manager). They were relatively short (only asked about 3 questions each time).

What was the most successful project you've been a part of?
The whole process was relatively painless. There were two to three interviews and then a project. I believe the project was to create an infographic for patients. Interviews are pretty simple. I think they're getting a sense for who you are, how you work, and how you might contribute to a team dynamic within the office.
