I've been through multiple interviews with a different companies and industries in the past. I can say that the interview process here is very different. As other reviews have mentioned, it's very clear that the guidelines / questionnaires they have screen for certain keywords / qualities. I was asked multiple times about the different industries of the different companies i was interviewing with, "why our company?," and "why healthcare?" I would say that I was asked "why healthcare?" about 5 times but worded differently each time. Additionally, I was also asked to describe what impact means. While I don't doubt the importance of company fit / culture, I do kind of wish the interaction was a 2 way street rather than an interrogation. Lastly, something I believe the recruiting team needs to address is letting you know who you are interviewing with. I received an email for the initial screen from the recruiter and believed I was going to be talking with her. I genuinely believe interviews are 2 way streets and familiarized myself with her background. It was very unexpected to see someone else on the call.

talk about "why healthcare?" multiple times and what impact means. I was also grilled on other companies I was interviewing with. The vibe I had gotten from the questions asked was they want folks who are only interested in healthcare, but nothing else.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.

It was pretty normal as far as interviews in tech go for entry level engineers. It felt like they were spending more time selling me on their product than on questioning me. Some standard Leetcode style question.

Something about the minimum travel distance on a keyboard grid.

Medium difficulty. Interviewed before the company abruptly shut down. Like the team, did not get many specifics about the business, particularly regarding the care pods. It was a few phone screens and then onsite.
