It was an introductory call with me explaining my interest with a few generic behavioral questions. I thought I did well but was rejected the next day. The questions were pretty open ended, so I don't know what the "correct answer" to those was. As a side note, this company's business model seems very very sketchy. They're trying to solve a major problem by making even more complicated. This reminds me a lot of Theranos. I know you may be excited for the interview but stay away. There are other companies that will come along. I have no idea where Forward is headed.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.
