There is an initial screening with the manager on video call, then another interview, followed by an exercise, a presentation of the said exercise with solution reasoning, with a possible final interview. It was terrible that everything seemed to go well and we eventually agreed on a salary projection after the first interview, we planned the next call, I took time off for it, and suddenly I was told we won't proceed anymore and good luck, with no reply to my asking for feedback. I found that quite rude.
