I applied online via the company website and was contacted shortly after.
Stage 1 was in Nottingham with a member of the HR team.
Stage 2 was an interview in the office which you applied to work with the partner and office manager.
Each stage of the interview lasted about 30 minutes.
I got offered the job the same day as my final interview. The whole process took about 5 weeks.
Stage 1 - Commerciality - What is a successful business. Give an example of a business that is succeeding in spite of the recession. How can Freeths learn from that chosen business. Who are Freeths biggest competitors
Stage 2 - A friend wants advice about whether or not to loan money to a business. What advice would you give to the friend before he loans the money. How can the friend protect his money.

Handed in a CV and they contacted me for an interview. Standard strength-based questions. The interviewer was very nice, but they did not even bother to get in contact with me after the interview, which is disappointing for a company that claims to be very people-centred. I think a bare minimum email is not too much to ask for.

very relaxed, was welcomed by a partner. The interview was with the partner and a senior associate. they were really friendly, showed me around the office before starting the interview
