Prioritizing people already in the SF -- very biased. Not willing to pay for relocation package -- very cheap. Person talked too fast -- cared more about "posing" than building a relationship. Long long hiring process -- not streamlined at all. Below average salary for the SF area + substandard benefits -- again, very cheap.
