The first round interview was conducted by someone from HR team who was transitioning to a different role. The interview went well. With some hope, I followed up via email after a week as I didn’t receive any response until then or even after followup. Understanding the festive season delays, I reached out to the same HR who called me for initial screening and she disconnected my call. After other week, I followed up again but no response! This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. Please inform candidates of feedback or ANYTHING at all so that they don’t wait and get ghosted by you all. A bare minimum email communication will work too. Hope this reach to the relevant team and some action is taken as noone is sitting idle. Please respect time folks.

The interview process at Fundamento consisted of an HR round, followed by a video round and a technical round. Overall, it was very smooth and well-structured—one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. The HR team was clear and transparent in their communication throughout, which made the process comfortable and professional. One of the most valuable aspects was being offered detailed feedback after the interview.
