I first had a phone interview with an internal recruiter, and I was quickly offered an interview with the hiring director the next day. The interview was extremely thorough, but did not cover the typical "corny" interview questions. The director was more focused on who I am as a person and what value I could bring to FusionStorm from a team perspective.
