It was surprisingly long and they asked quite a few questions about your personal background which was unexpected. Also asked interesting questions such as if there was no monetary limits or considerations where do you see yourself in ten years etc. The reason provided was that they are looking for someone who fits their corporate culture and so they had a stronger focus on how the person's values align with the company's I suppose.
