The Interview Process was a long one. 1st Interview was with HR which i would like to add was very generous, and very kind at that! There was a phone screening that took place for about 25 minutes. For my 2nd Interview there was a family emergency so I was pushed onto the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 8 different people from the Gallo team. HR, Technicians, Hiring manager the whole nine from 8AM - 4PM ending with a tour. It was indeed difficult but a great experience meeting also interviewing the team members! Don't be afraid to ask questions! My advice to future candidates is to learn the core values of Gallo and incorporate it in your interview! (Gallo is top 10 for there culture and core values according to glass door) and i agree! Good luck!
