Had an initial conversation with the Supervisor. He made sure to say this is NOT an interview,I just want to have a conversation with you. Seem to go pretty well. Next was an onsite interview with 5 people, 1 on 1, for 15 minutes each: #1 - Employee that interacts with group - Generic past experiences questions #2 - Employee that interacts with group - very technical questions #3 - Supervisor' s Boss - past experiences and personality type questions #4 - HR - personallity and personallity type questions #5 - Supervisor - technical, personallity, past experiences, & skills assesment
