They called me over for an interview, did not really ask much. They feared I was overqualified for the job as I had a Masters degree in Engineering, I assured them that I finish what I start. The manager I spoke to seemed to be well mannered and polite. They showed me the labs and work area, gave a tour of the general facilities. Described what the job would be like and what I would do in a day and then offered the job.
