I am going to say this as a student that has interviewed for 20 companies this semester & got 2 offers: don’t even bother applying to Geico. The applying process is highly unprofessional as they asked me when I would like to be interviewed, I responded right away with my availability. The recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks after saying I was not selected. I didn’t even get the chance to interview. Weeks after I got an interview for a different position at the same company, and I got asked what other internships I have applied to, I was confused as I don’t see how that related to my qualifications. The role was also not as described in the application.
