1) Very brief phone interview (10 mins) 2) Aptitude test (40 mins) 3) In depth phone interview (45 mins) The questions for the first round are very basic get-to-know you type questions. The aptitude test is very simple, just follow the directions and don't rush through it. Third round questions were a mix between behavioral and situational questions.
