**Note second time in interview process** Applied online and received a call.a few days later from recruiter explaining that my previous test scores and initial interview was still good. I was asked a few additional questions and then set up for the dreaded role play (failed the first time). I knew what to expect but was still just as stressful the second time around. My only advice for the role play is to practice negotiating skills and be very detailed in your answers. I made a mistake in paperwork during role play and still passed so I don't think the paperwork portion is as imortar and customer service and negotiation. After role play was over about 2.5 hours I was told that I would have a face to face interview with area manager. Was asked basic question about experience and why Geico.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
