I was referred from someone at the company, the process was well organized, polite, and I am overall pleased with the way things went. I am still waiting to hear back from the employer.
One thing I was impressed with was how interested they were with me being passionate about the work, which I can really appreciate.

Where I want to be in the company, years from now.
GHD’s process is thorough, beginning with an online application and digital screening. Candidates progress through video interviews, psychometric assessments, and behavioral-based interviews with the team. For graduates, a group assessment center often precedes the final offer.

Entrevista
First is HR Interview where they would ask you typical questions (availability, past experience, etc)
Next is technical interview with the Team Lead or Hiring Manager. Depending on your field, they would ask you several questions. Interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted around 45 minutes.

Describe how I would deal with a certain technical problem based on my past experiences. Discuss the theory, calculation, and analysis.
first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
