the process took around 2-3 months. Passed the paired but based on rank, the headcount was only available 2 months after. technical interview was asked on your projects that you have worked on and discuss decision rationale. Must be able to elaborate on AI.

what do you know about AI? Have you leveraged on AI?
The process involves a technical take-home programming test followed by an interactive onsite pair programming session. I appreciated being allowed to use Google and AI tools, as it felt like a realistic work environment focused on genuine collaboration and real-time problem-solving.
1st Phone screening first, then 2nd Hackerrank followed by face to face rounds with the hiring managers. 3rd round is technical round with hiring teams (may be more than 1) and 4th is with the director
