Had phone interview with Roy who appreciated my effort in getting in contact with him because the receptionist forgot to tell him I confirmed I was available and thus didn't call me - so respected the fact that I contacted UK head office who contacted US head office who contacted him. Questions were fair and balanced, asking about experiences and hypothetical situations and I felt good about it but didn't get another interview due to a lack of experience (I was still in my 3rd year of Chemistry BSc Hons.)
