L'iter di selezione è abbastanza lungo nel tempo. Prevede diversi step a livello crescente di difficoltà. I primi due sono prove fatte al PC, l'ultimo è una vera intervista tecnica, motivazionale e su soft skills .

The Assessment Centre was daunting but at the end of the day, I learnt a lot through the process and the vibes I got from the assessors was good. Seems like a very friendly environment to work in.

Passed 2 rounds. Both rounds are asking situational based questions which are centred around The core values of GSK are integrity, respect for people, transparency and the delivery of products that are patient-focused.
