Entrevista
I got three rounds. One screen call, one program test, and lastly an interview with 4 people, including directors and managers.They will ask you a lot of culture fit questions. And, I had 2 hours to pair programming with their technical director.
1. HR phone interview - talk about yourself, your experience, and your expectations
2. Test project - develop a puzzle game in Java
3. Programmer phone interview - math and algorithms quiz

1. Administration Selection, 2. Online Test (Theoretical and Technical), and 3. Interview Session (with Technical Manager and HR Department Staff). It happened more than 5 years ago. I think the second step is now different that should be online test and then offline test.
