I got an phone interview that had basic interview questions - Why Gap Inc. ?, Strengths and Weaknesses etc. That night I got another phone call that they would be conducting a second round interview over the phone since they could not fly me out of SF due to me living in PA. I had two 30 minute interviews with Marketing Managers at Gap inc. both were extremely nice and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
